Program Overview:
Opportunities for Engineering admission has increased recently but the pass percentage in many institutions has also gone down significantly. The reasons for this may be many, but it is a fact that many students who are admitted to engineering are not aware of the method of studying engineering. They have only superficial knowledge about the engineering course. This programme is intended to create awareness among engineering aspirants about the various streams in engineering and its career prospects. The program will be followed by engineering lab visits, to give students a better insight.
About IEEE:
IEEE is the world’s largest professional body for advancement of technology, consisting of over 430,000 members in 160 countries. It started in Kerala in 1984. This event is being organized by IEEE Kochi Subsection in association with IEEE Student Branch, CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology).
