4th Jan 2014: The activities of Kochi Subsection for the year 2014, started with the Annual General Body meeting and the Election of Office Bearers for the year 2014. The meeting was held at Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology. The meeting started at 3.30 PM, with the IEEE Code of Ethics. Dr. Suresh Nair, Chair, IEEE Kochi Subsection, presided over the meeting. Mr. Shahim Baker, Secretary and Mr. Biju Paul, Treasurer presented the Activity and Financial reports respectively. The election for 2014 office bearers was conducted and the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of the year 2013 were unanimously elected to continue as office bearers for the year 2014 too. There was an open discussion forum, where the members put forward very valuable suggestions for the betterment of activities and member benefits. The meeting concluded with a high tea.
