The first Annual General Body meeting of Kochi Subsection, after the official inauguration, was conducted on 19th of May 2012, at Hotel Seapark, Kalamasserry, Kochi. The Meeting started with Mr.C.M. Varughese, Senior Member of IEEE and Member of the Interim Execom of Kochi Subsection, read out the Code of Ethics. Dr. Suresh Nair, Vice Chair of the interim execom welcomed the gathering. Dr. Unnikrishnan, the interim chair of Kochi Sunbsection, presided over the meeting. Mr.Shahim Baker, Secretary of the Interim Execom listed out the IEEE activities conducted in and around Cochin, over the last one year. Mrs.MiniUlanat, member of the Interim Execom, listed out the names of the Office Bearers of the existing interim execom. The meeting requested the interim execom to continue as the first official execom of Kochi Subsection.
